Austin attorney Scott Morrison practices in the areas of estate administration and planning, probate and related litigation, and general business law. His practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, marital property agreements, shareholder agreements, and other estate planning, asset protection, charitable gift planning and business succession documents.

He works with clients in the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, not-for-profit corporations, and private foundations.
