Houston attorney Pete Seale is of counsel to the firm. He practices in the areas of income and estate tax planning and general business law. For almost 50 years he has advised private individuals, families and closely held businesses regarding management, management succession and preservation of wealth by utilization of charitable trusts, life insurance and closely held family limited partnerships, wills and trusts, formed corporations, partnerships and joint ventures for parties engaged in real estate, oil and gas, and thoroughbred breeding, domestically and internationally.

He served as managing trustee of one of the largest groups of family trusts ever established in Harris County, as well as related estate administrations required to fund these trusts. He has extensive experience in formation and administration of charitable organizations, both public and private.
