Legal Experience
Mr. Morrison practices in the areas of estate administration and planning, probate and related litigation, and general business law. Mr. Morrison represents individuals, families, and business owners in matters relating to the management, transfer, and preservation of their assets, including estate, gift, generation-skipping, and income tax planning. His practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts, family limited partnership, marital property agreements, shareholder agreements, and other estate planning, asset protection, charitable gift planning and business succession documents.
Mr. Morrison works with clients in the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, not-for-profit corporations, and private foundations. Additionally, he has provided legal counsel and representation in contested matters, including will contests, suits by or against fiduciaries, creditors' claims by or against estates, and other probate and trust administration matters involving the litigation of estate and trust beneficiaries' rights and the protection of executors and trustees. Mr. Morrison is a frequent speaker regarding a variety of estate planning topics.
