Legal Experience
Mr. Andrews' primary practice area is civil litigation. He has extensive experience in complex, multi-party cases including products liability, toxic tort, personal injury and commercial disputes. Mr. Andrews has first chair experience in numerous jury trials including a four week products liability trial arising from an aircraft accident resulting in one death and several serious back injuries, a six week insurance coverage trial arising from the release of perchloroethylene and a products liability trial involving serious injuries as a result of a scaffold collapse. He also was extensively involved in the defense of an accounting firm in a six week trial involving alleged accountant malpractice and was lead counsel in the successful defense at trial of a manufacturer of an asbestos containing product against a claim of exposure resulting in mesothelioma. Most recently, he successfully defended at trial several former employees of a large oil field services company against claims of breach of a non-solicitation agreement and tortious interference with contractual relations.
